Electronic Arts UK / EGC . Video Game tester de videogames, focused on handheld platforms. Responsibilities included classification and report of concerns found. August-October 2005.
The Surrey Institute of Art & Design. UK. Graduate Teatcher Assistant for the Interactive Entertainment module. Duties included giving technical help to students with their final projects made with softwares Flash e Director, using ActionScript e Lingo. November / December 2004 and December 2005.
Home Entertainment. Reino Unido. Development of tool in Flash for the research project supported by The Surrey Institute of Art & Design – www.home-ent.com . December 2005.
Professional Experience
Freelance Designer. 2001-Present. Designing and developing Flash and Shockwave webgames for LocZ Multimedia (http://www.locz.com.br) and Bestlife (http://www.bestlife.com.br). Job responsibilities included conception and production of all graphical assets and, if required, sound effects, music and additional programming using Lingo and ActionScript.
During this period, three products I have worked on were included on the Top 10 list of the Internet award IBest. One of them was chosen winner of the award's 2003 edition.
I have also worked on other projects such as localization for mobile games, producing translated graphical elements for products from Jamdat Games, such as Bejeweled and Jamdat Bowling.
LocZ Games. Designer. 2000-2001 . Responsibilities included designing 3D and 2D material for shareware games, webgames, websites and advertisement material for the internet at LocZ Multimedia, which clients included Mastercard, BMW and Volkswagen among others.
During that time I have also worked on two shareware games, also from LocZ: Sinapse (2D jigsaw puzzle), designing the Graphical User Interface; and Buggyracers (3D racing for kids), conceptualizing, modelling and texturing the characters and most of the environments.
Gmax Instructor - Projeto Acredita Garoto. June 2003. Gmax instructor for the programme ‘Projeto Acredita Garoto' at the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). In this course, mastered by volunteer instructors to kids from impoverished urban areas, I gave lectures on the basics of Gmax animation.

Insular. MA final project, Includes PC prototype of game designed for the Nintendo DS. Published at the Education section of the website Gamasutra.com and exhibited at the event Serious Games – London Showcase in October 2005 at the Dana Centre/Science Museum in London, UK.
